Food Explorer Sessions

Small group and 1 on 1 sessions available now!

A play-based experience designed to gently introduce children to new tastes, textures, and food experiences in a fun, pressure-free environment.

Our food explorer sessions are designed to help children feel more comfortable exploring new and diverse foods. We aim to make food FUN and enjoyable, as well as teaching about the important nutrients our bodies need. Through engaging play and interactive conversations, we aim to gently build confidence and comfort around food—without any pressure to eat.

Contact us to discuss how these sessions can be tailored for children with sensory sensitivities, neurodivergent traits, or selective eating habits.

Sessions run for 45mins across various Gold Coast locations.

Food Adventurer Sessions

Our Food Adventurer workshop is designed to spark curiosity and joy in children as they discover how food fuels their amazing bodies.

Through playful activities, sensory exploration, and fun storytelling, children will:

  • Learn about digestion – what happens after we eat and how our body uses food for energy.

  • Explore healthy habits – why looking after our bodies helps us feel strong, focused, and ready for adventure.

  • Build confidence with food – touching, smelling, tasting, and talking about different foods in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.

  • Connect food to fun – with games, movement, and hands-on experiences that make nutrition exciting and memorable.

Our focus is not just on “healthy eating,” but on creating positive food experiences that support wellbeing, confidence, and curiosity.
