Supporting happy little eaters.
Fun and interactive workshops that blend sensory play with evidenced-based strategies needed to foster positive relationships with food throughout the early years.
Foundations of health!
Research shows us how important the early years of development are for our children to not only meet nutritional requirements and provide the best start to life, but also create positive relationships with food.
It’s our mission to help parents, caregivers and educators to nurture and promote healthy habits for children aged 3 to 12 years.
It’s not about perfection, but about creating a space where positive food habits can grow.
When the food environment is right—free from pressure, nagging, and unrealistic expectations— we see children thrive.
They eat more, feel safe to try new things, and build the foundation for a lifelong healthy relationship with food.

Online Courses
Our online modules are designed to guide parents and caregivers through the core principles of raising confident, happy eaters. Learn how to create positive mealtime experiences, support food curiosity, and build strong foundations for lifelong healthy habits—all at your own pace, in your own time.
Many children experience picky eating, food aversions, or swallowing difficulties, which can create stressful mealtimes and longer term, may impact nutritional status.
Our services may help if you have noticed any of the following about your child:
Is a fussy eater
Has poor weight gain
Spits out foods or gags when eating
Has frequent mealtime battles
Has difficulty transitioning between textures
Aversion or avoidance of specific textures or nutrition groups
Does not eat the same meals as the rest of the family
Experiences meltdowns or cries during mealtimes
Has very limited or restricted food intake
As a mum, I know that feeding little ones is an everchanging journey that can often feel like a constant battle. We are surrounded by so much information and advice that it can be overwhelming to navigate what your family needs. While nutrient intake and a balanced diet are important, I’m a big believer in focusing on food as a joyful, intentional part of the day. Food and mealtimes for our family are all about sharing a laugh, unwinding and moments of connection that last far beyond the table.

Mental Health Specialist
Mother
Through my years working as a children's mental health dietitian I have a special interest in working with children with a variety of neurodivergent conditions, including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences. With a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a warm, compassionate approach, I help families navigate the complex relationship between food, mood, and behaviour.
Whatever stage you are at in your family's food journey or challenges you may be facing, I'm here to help navigate it with confidence, ease and JOY. Whether that's cooking together, exposure to new foods or textures, or simply having everyone gather around the table.
